Tam na vulinn

Album : Vestibule

Tam Nà Vulinn was born in Rennes, Bretagne, playing Folkmusic but not only... The Irish accents of the fiddle set the atmosphere for a moment. Then, comes a swinging drums and vibes accompagnement, followed by chords of jazz-funk guitar. It starts with a trip in Ireland, continues in America, sometimes crossing Eastern. Irish and jazz tunes, traditionel and modern melt, complete and answer to each other.
With four wide open ears, Tam Nà Vulinn dresses the Folk with modern and colourfull clothes.
Since his creation in 2003, the main goal of the quartet is to make Irish reels swinging and to produce a funky taste to jigs. With their album "vestibule" you'll maybe think taht Georges Brassens and Marcus Miller have family in Dublin.
Have a good vestibulation.
