JEUC DIETRICH

A Belgian composer and musician, known for his unique voice, and his baroque origins. Jeuc Dietrich has become an emblematic figure. ALAN SIMON, a Breton producer, chose him specifically to represent the celtic music. Their work together resulted in an album and a promotional tour "EXCALIBUR" in 1999 (Sony France).
A few years before, he composed, for the cinema, dance (in collaboration with Frédéric Flamand) and, above all, the theatre. He is the author of the best known stage music for the "Baladins du Miroir", a travelling theatre group which performed in Europe and Northern America.
He has also worked on studio recordings and concerts with Roger Hodgson (Supertramp), Gabriel Yacoub, Dan Ar Braz, Angelo Branduardi, Carlos Nunez, Didier Lockwood, Tri Yann, Nikki Matheson, Fairport Convention, Jean Reno, the Prague Symphonic orchestra and so on.
2000 and 2001 He writes 2 operas: « FAUST » and « BLOC C ». And these operas are played in Belgium, France, Germany and Quebec.
2001 He played in the album ARDEN, edited by Still Recordings (Be)
He produced and realised shorts films and writes movies music: SEÏS, CALAS, LE MASQUE DE LA MORT ROUGE, CLIP DIETRICH
2008 He produced the A Mutes's album, edited by Stilll Recordings (Be) that releases in march 2009
He also work for the album "Jewels and Trinkets" of Juliette. He was executive producer. 2007-2008, he created the band Dietrich with Anik. He writes, composes and plays: vocals (polyphonies), hurdy-gurdy, irish bouzouk, cellos; co-produced their new album to be released by end February 2009.

Anik

ANIK FANIEL

Belgian composer, singer, producer.
Very early, Anik took artistic lessons: dance, dramatic art, singing.
After her artistic and sociological studies, she immediately after started to play with the company "LES BALADINS DU MIROIR" where she interpreted FAUST (approximately 110 representations). Then she recorded an album with Jean-Luc Dietrich, "FAUST" on which she sang and played percussions.
In 2001, Anik performed an opera in French, "BLOC C", composed by Jeuc Dietrich in 2001 and successfully played in Belgium and in Berlin.
Anik met Philippe Car and the Company "Cartoun Sardines Théâtre" and both started a new project: "TRAGEDY or the Necessity of Clowns in Humanity". Anik sang and played the drums on about 120 representations.
Defending the French language, Anik continues to develop her own musical work. She was the successful finalist of the "Short- circuit" competition in 2005 and her song "I hate electronics" was published on a compilation distributed by Bang. Anik received positive comments for this work.
In 2001, 2004 and 2007 she produced 3 movies. She played in too: SEÏS, CALAS, CLIP DIETRICH In 2007, Anik recorded backing vocals on the album "Jewels and Trinkets" of Juliette. In 2007-2008, she created the band Dietrich with Jeuc. She writes, composes and plays: vocals (polyphonies), hurdy-gurdy and bass, co-produced their new album to be released by end February 2009.
2007-2008 She also worked on the executive production for Juliette et Philippe Katerine.
Anik joined Landing Grace on vocals in 2009 and prepares new songs for her solo project, Anik. 2009 the release of the album EVOK, of DIETRICH, edited by Homerecords, after 2 years of creation and concerts.
